We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In original condition
  • Returned with all included parts and packaging

Returns may be declined if the item:

  • Shows signs of use
  • Has been modified
  • Is missing parts
  • Was damaged due to improper installation or misuse

If you are unsure about fit or compatibility, contact us before ordering and we will help confirm your setup.

How to start a return

Email support@parallelbeam.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the product. We will troubleshoot and, if needed, repair, replace, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
